1. Voorwaarden om te kunnen genieten van een socialemaribelsubsidie: - Ressorteren onder PSC 318.02 (RSZ-kengetal 211) en volgt deze loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
- Een toetredingsakte ingediend hebben.
- Via bijdrage aan de dotatie van de sector minimaal 0,5 vte bijkomende tewerkstelling genereren.
2. Financiering - Met de middelen van het fonds wordt voor ruim 1.000 vte aan bijkomende tewerkstelling gefinancierd
- Er is ook een budget voorzien voor verschillende projecten:
- Project 3030: 42 vte
- Deeltijds leren/deeltijds werken : 5 vte
- Via Vorming Hogerop : 10 vte
- Afhankelijk van de functie zijn er verschillende subsidieplafonds. Deze subsidieplafonds gelden voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling gedurende een volledig jaar:
- Logistieken en verzorgenden, Project 3030 en Project Via Vorming Hogerop: € 38 026,21
- Omkadering A en Penhouderschap: € 53 864,44
- Omkadering B: € 50 498,20
- Deeltijds Leren/deeltijds Werken: € 30 949,84
3. Wat bezorg je ons en wanneer?
- De functies van de werknemers ten laste van de maribel
- De ondertekende eindafrekening
- Structurele arbeidsvolumedalingen
- Elke herstructurering (overname, splitsing, fusie)
